Thomas joined the firm as a law clerk in 2016 and has been an attorney with the firm since graduating from law school and passing the bar in 2017.  His practice includes representing injured persons in the areas of ERISA disability, motor-vehicle and trucking accidents, workers' compensation, premises liability, and civil rights cases.

Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law where he was a member of the St. Louis University Trial Team and the St. Louis University Public Law Review.  During law school, Thomas was accepted into the Theodore McMillian American Inns of Court. He also received an Academic Excellence Award for Psychology of Criminal/Civil Trials.

Thomas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with high distinction, where he was also a member of the men’s soccer team.

Thomas previously represented the Missouri Council of the Blind in federal court advocating to protect the fundamental right to vote on behalf of the blind and physically disabled. He currently serves on the MindsEye Radio Board of Directors in an effort to connect people with vision loss to the news and entertainment they need to lead full lives. 

His legal memberships include the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
