Phil Tatlow represented E.V. on an ERISA life insurance policy claim against Anheuser Busch and Prudential Life Insurance Company for a corporate director of the company after they eliminated his position when InBev bought the company. The client had a life insurance policy with the company that provided benefits if he was disabled under the plan language. The policy of corporate officers allowed higher limits than the other workers at Anheuser Busch. Phil convinced Prudential and AB-In Bev to pay the whole policy of $238,000 prior to filing suit in the case. He was disabled due to a combination of medical problems, including carpal tunnel syndrome, knee problems, neck and back pain and generalized fatigue.
