Phil Tatlow is one of a small number of practitioners in the St. Louis area to handle long term disabiilty appeals under ERISA. The cases can be quite complex, and federal court procedures can be quite difficult to navigate. Because of his success in this field, Phil has been asked to speak at the upcoming Eighth Circuit Social Security Disability Conference, hosted by the Missouri Bar. He will be speaking to fellow attorneys about ERISA claims and how they interract with Social Security Disability claims and benefits. Attorneys may register with the Missouri Bar.
