Honda Motorcycles Recalled

The 3 types of Honda motorcycles that are being recalled, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a report released August 5th:

  • ST1300 motorcycle, model year 2008-2010;
  • ST1300A motorcycle, model year 2008-2010; and
  • ST1300 PA police motorcycle, model year 2008.

The problem in these motorcycles lies in the back end suspension. When the suspension is compressed, the brake reservoir hose for the back wheel may break causing brake fluid to leak. When this problem occurs the motorcycle can lose its capability of braking correctly or braking at all.

This type of hazard is unexpected and can cause a serious or fatal injury. In the event of an accident, financial, physical, and emotional burdens can arise that weren't your fault. You should speak with a Missouri defective product attorney to see if you're able to file a Missouri defective product claim against the party or parties that are responsible.
