State of Missouri must Act to deal with Second Injury Fund for Injured Workers

Kudos to the editorial board of the St. Louis Post-Disatch for the well-reasoned article on Missouri's Second Injury Fund.  The board recognizes the impact on Missouri's injured workers if the Second Injury Fund is not, in some way, infused with money to pay workers who followed the rules and secured Missouri workers' compensation permanent total disability awards against the Missouri Second Injury Fund.
