Phil Tatlow is honored to be selected to lecture at the Washington University School of Law as part of a four member panel discussing ERISA Claims. He will be discussing topics such as: Case Selection, Intake Criteria and How to identify whether ERISA is involved. Phil will be covering the complexity of ERISA, the pitfalls to be wary of and ways to obain penalties against the plan administrator. He will also cover such topics as remedies in law or equity and the interplay between ERISA, Social Security and Worker's Compensation. Last, The seminar will also cover liens in Personal Injury cases. The seminar is to be held at Washington University School of Law on June 3, 2016 at 8:30 to 11:55 a.m. It will also cover New Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This topic will be handled by another attorney.
