I just added a library piece on mediation.  Please click on the above link to read more.  I believe that mediation is a fantastic tool that should be utilized as often as possible before taking a serious injury case to trial.  Many cases are successfully settled at mediation.  But even if a case is not settled at mediation, I find that I still learn a lot about what the other party has in store for me in court, and that information can help me better prepare for trial.
